COST ISSUES

What is the minimum cost for an exhibition booth

A 9 square meter package /  booth cost USD461 per sq meter - USD4149.00 for the total package.
And this would be your TOTAL COST - there are no other expenses.

It is recommended to start with your basic package.
And then add any additional requirements, request a fixed quote, provide a photo, etc

Can I choose my booth location?

Yes, but first check out the inter-active floor plan: https://se-asian-cleanroom-show.com/floorplans

Note: Your booth may need to be located in a country pavilion area

How can I obtain a subsidy to cover  my cost?

SEAClean is recognised as an international top quality event.
Start with an email to internationalsales@abcex.com
You'll be supported by our representatives to apply for group/individual subsidy.
We'll also keep your Trade Representative in Kuala Lumpur advised of our efforts.
And release supporting documents, where required.

Are there any sponsorship opportunities?

Yes, give us an idea on what you have in mind.

ON SITE

When can I set up my booth?

On Tuesday 4th May from 1500 hours - your booth will be ready for your inspection.

How do I get my badge?

Your Badge is ready for collection outside Hall 6 on Tuesday 4th May from 1400 hours.

Do  I have to stay at your official hotel?

No, There excellent hotels within walking distance.
Impiana (www. XXX) has proven to be a consistent excellent choice and will accept your courier shipments in advance.

Do I receive advice / updates before the Show?

Yes. You'll receive a link to the Exhibitors' Advice and Schedule of Events page.

VISITOR ISSUES

How does your B-2-B work?

Your SHOW PREVIEW includes 'key words' for visitor profiles.
Our Visitor Team uses these to match in our extensive data bases and even conducts fresh research and isolates relevant visitors.

Visitors are able to search through key words within the SHOW PREVIEW and contact you directly, arrange meetings, etc.

Could I obtain a snap shot of potential visitors, who fit my key words?
